What does a paint contractor/entrepreneur, a educator/coach, an elite fitness expert, and a design/build contractor have in common?

No, this is not the start of a great joke...

Iron... lifting it over and over again together for over 30 years.

 

Local Gym and Fitness became the reality of 4 local friends that all shared a passion for fitness and working out. Owners Patrick Carr, Fritz Hastings, Mark Impagliazzio, and Russell Snow have long been in the fitness industry.

Their passion for fitness started at young age as they played sports together, coached many of Ocean City teams to championships and competed in weight lifting competitions all the while sharing a vision of opening a top-rated gym in their home town of Ocean City.

Their vision became a reality in the Winter/Spring of 2011 as Local Gym and Fitness was born. Together their combined knowledge and talent is what makes Local Gym the success it is today.
